The MDCH, Office of Recipient Rights recently released administrative rule changes related to Recipient Rights.  The changes concern definitions primary related to sexual abuse and neglect, exploitation, therapeutic de-escalation, emotional harm, and force.  Management personnel will review the changes with you in an up-coming staff meeting.  New Abuse and Neglect posters for your facilities will be posted during March.  Please visit our Website to view a PowerPoint slide show regarding the recent changes.
