Revised Administrative Rules/Recipient Rights
The MDCH, Office of Recipient Rights recently released administrative rule changes related to Recipient Rights. The changes concern definitions primary related to sexual abuse and neglect, exploitation, therapeutic de-escalation, emotional harm, and force. Management personnel will review the changes with you in an up-coming staff meeting. New Abuse and Neglect posters for your facilities will be posted during March.
