The NewPASSAGES Communication Campaign has finally “kicked off” with a training seminar held at the wonderful Warwick Hills Golf Club House on June 19th, 2008.
Over 70 NewPASSAGES staff attended whilst Brenda Watkins (MALA) presented inconjuction with Fund Development/Communications/HR, a wonderful and interesting seminar titled “Communications and Customer Relations”.
How should you answer a telephone call?
Greet people with a smile and good handshake!
Presenting your self correctly and positively.

The next step in the Campaign is to provide this training to all NewPASSAGES staff through their Senior Area Managers.
