Partnership with Hamilton Clinic – New Passages is pleased to announce a collaborative effort with the Hamilton Health Clinic to bring much needed primary health care to our behavioral health consumers.

Hamilton Health Clinic is the only Qualified Federal Health Center in Genesee County and as such serves many of the same consumers as New Passages. This collaboration will begin in the crisis residential units (Genesee Regional Center) where it is anticipated that a nurse practitioner will serve consumers with non-emergent physical health care concerns. New Passages and Hamilton hope to pursue funding available for collaborative integrated health care delivery in the coming fiscal year.
