Board of Directors
New Passages is governed by a nine member Board of Directors.  Annually, the Board reviews the organization’s core values and mission.   Bi-monthly, the Board reviews the financial standing of the organization, provides feedback on organizational operations, reviews and discusses organizational outcome data and program specific outcome data, assists in reviewing, revising, and approving new policies and procedures, and assists, monitors, and provides recommendations regarding progress and direction with strategic planning processes.

New Passages has a dynamic and talented Administrative Team lead by President and CEO, Dennis R. Jacobs, Ph.D.  Dr. Jacobs is the founder of New Passages.

Consumer Advisory Council
A corporate-wide Advisory Council, comprised of consumer representatives who undergo training in leadership, meet on a quarterly basis and provide consultation regarding specific program policy and/or consumer issues.
