Audit Committee – In an effort to explore the best use of all our resources, New Passages has instituted an Audit Committee composed of board members and independent experts in the behavioral health industry.
The Audit Committee will examine internal control mechanisms and risk assessment within the agency to insure maximum efficiency and transparency, and in doing so will enhance the relationship between New Passages and its’ funding partners and other key stakeholders. |
